Refund policy

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders:

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact  davina@botanique-prints.com within 14 days of receiving your artwork. Please incldude your order number and clear photographs of the damaged atwork, or the issue with your order.

Once reviewed, you will be sent a replacement, free of charge. 

Change of Mind:

Returns and refunds are not accepted if you change your mind. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of the artwork. Please review product descriptions and the images carefully before you purchase.
